The Stellarossa brand was born out of a passion for coffee and service excellence. Stella Rossa Espresso Bars are based on one mission: - to provide coffee drinkers with premium quality coffee experience, each and every time they visit. In order to achieve this outcome, we have focused on four core areas we believe influence your experience in our espresso bars.

• Coffee Beans, by utilizing the highest grade of premium coffee beans blended exclusively for Stella Rossa. The highest grades of Arabica beans are sourced from around the world, then handcrafted into our 5 star and 6 star blends. Of course, we also ensure these exclusive blends are stored and aged before use, to maximize your enjoyment.


• Skilled Baristas. Having premium coffee beans and machinery are a waste of time, unless your barista can make a good coffee. At Stellarossa, all of our barista’s are put through extensive training to ensure your coffee is consistently good.


• The Espresso Bar. Enjoy great coffee at present but have to sit on a milk crate to drink it. All Stellarossa sites are set up to provide a warm, modern slant to the traditional Espresso Bar. Most sites have a variety of dining areas; indoors tables, benches, lounges, outdoor dining and of course our “boardroom” concept for those out of office meetings. How ever you like to relax and enjoy your coffee, we have you covered.


• Food. In line with our views on coffee, Stellarossa believes in providing you a premium food offering. Our food and ingredients are sourced locally from suppliers that are continually reviewed to ensure their product meets our standards. With daily baking of pizza and biscotti on site, you can be assured of the freshest product.
