Establishment Costs:
Depending on the size of your store, establishment costs start from $450,000. This gives you access to our reputable, well-established brand name and use of all Diaco’s marketing materials. It will also include assistance with site selection, lease negotiation, store fit out and setup, training, opening promotion of your store, support and ongoing operational assistance, as well as local area and national marketing campaigns. We are experts at opening up new locations and we know how to do it efficiently, quickly and cost-effectively so we can help you make money sooner. Historically, our stores have seen a return on investment in under 3 years, on par with major fast-food stores but much better for the environment.

Training & Support:
Our comprehensive training programme will get you operating in no time. Learn everything there is to know about gardening, plants, and our particular product lines. We will teach you all about our brand and how you can offer the exceptional customer service that we are renowned for, so you will attract and retain a loyal customer following. You will be trained at one of our existing sites, and we will also come to your store to provide assistance with setting up and regular mentoring. Our ongoing support extends to handling administration, providing national and local marketing support, and always being available to provide assistance.
